• International Shipping: Standard international shipping typically takes 10-15 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited international shipping options are available for an additional fee and typically take 5-7 business days.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our courier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Bandhavi Online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

3. Return Process
